  • Do you offer made-to-order / custom pieces?

    Yes - please email kimshepardpottery@gmail.com to request made-to-order / custom pieces. Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to complete and will be priced higher than similar existing items in the shop. Pricing will vary depending on the complexity, materials required, etc. I will discuss the exact pricing and other details with you once a request is submitted.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding custom orders). 

    All items ship from the DC metro area and shipping times will vary depending on the the shipping option you choose and your location. Orders are currently limited to the USA.

    If you order multiple items, everything will be shipped in one package unless the order is too large for a single box. 

  • How are items shipped?

    All items will be "double boxed." This means the item will be packaged in a smaller box and put in a second shipping box. This is to ensure the safety of your ceramic items. 

    While we do our best to safely package your items, once the package is delivered to the shipping provider, it is out of our hands. 

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order is damaged, please contact kimshepardpottery@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently only ship within the US.

  • Are your products food safe?

    Yes, all our ceramic items are made with food-safe glazes unless otherwise specified.

  • Are your products dishwasher safe?

    Yes, all ceramics items are dishwasher-safe unless otherwise specified. However, we recommend handwashing to prolong the life of handmade pottery.
